Job Description

1. Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide customer service in meeting customer expectations.

2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

3. Manage and monitor inventory, stock, and products.

4. Price tagging and arrangement of stocks.

5. Carry out the daily work of live operations.

6. Attend and manage retail sales, processing cash and card payment.

7. Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy at all times.

8. Assist in stock takes and other events.

9. Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
