Notebook Plaza Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Advisor to join our team! In this role, you will meet and exceed company sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Provide exceptional sales service for customer satisfaction.
• Assess customer needs and demonstrate product features.
• Maintain stock accuracy and comply with company policies.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• SPM/O level or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
