Job Description
Be part of the Purple Monkey & Pasta OHSEM brand, known for delicious frozen cheesecakes and a cozy comfort food restaurant. We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to enhance customer experiences across our seven locations: Seapark PJ, Puchong, Kuchai Lama, Subang Jaya, Setapak KL, Damansara Perdana, and Shah Alam.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through adherence to SOPs and high service standards.
- Assisting in daily operations, team management, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Managing stock levels and assisting the outlet manager.
Preferred Experience:
- Customer Service, Cashier, Team Leadership, Kitchen Experience.
