Job Description

Are you a dynamic individual passionate about the food and beverage industry? Dokebi Chicken is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to assist our restaurant manager in overseeing daily operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring proper restaurant setup, managing reservations, receiving and inputting orders, and attending to customer feedback to guarantee satisfaction. You will also monitor crew performance and provide necessary training.

Requirements include a diploma in Hotel Management or a related field, at least one year of experience in restaurant management, and strong problem-solving skills. Bilingual capabilities in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. Former cabin crew or flight attendants are encouraged to apply.
