Job Description
As the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager at Texas Chicken (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations: You will manage all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, supervise staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Team management: You will be in charge of hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating the restaurant staff. This includes conducting performance evaluations and addressing any performance issues.
- Financial management: You will monitor and control the restaurant’s expenses, such as food and labor costs.
- Customer service: Providing excellent customer service is crucial in a restaurant.
