Job Description
Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinating daily restaurant management operations.
• Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, and sales representatives.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints and enquiries.
• Conducting daily inspection of the restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, health, and safety legislation.
• Estimating future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
• Recruiting, training, managing, and motivating staff.
• Ensuring all employees are working within outlined operating standards.
• Periodically evaluating restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; scheduling for service.
• Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including personnel, inventory, and sales.
• Preparing and submitting monthly operations reports and other documentation as requested.
• Planning and coordinating menus, working closely with the chef.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
