Job Description
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Manage restaurant expenses/finances
- Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to SOPs/procedures
- Schedule orientation and training for staff
- Analyze data and resolve issues
- Prepare staff schedules
- Generate reports
- Follow instructions from superiors as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in food/restaurant/F&B management
- SKM/Diploma/Degree in related field
- Willingness to relocate/travel
- Must have own transportation
