Job Description
a. To assist Reservations Manager with the rooms forecasting.
b. To check the accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes performed by the Team.
c. To lead Reservations Team in the absence of the Reservation Team and to ensure their tasks are carried out efficiently.
d. To assist Reservations Manager in training, scheduling, counselling, motivating, and coaching the Reservation Team.
e. To work closely with other departments, especially Front Office and Sales, on requests for bookings or special arrangements from guests or groups.
f. To be well-versed in all reservations handling and processes, to understand room inventory control, and to be proficient in operating the hotel system.
