Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reservations Agent at Marriott International, Inc. As a Reservations Agent, your primary responsibility will be handling reservations, inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued guests.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations through phone, email, or online platforms.
- Providing accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
- Ensuring precise recording of all reservations in our system.
- Coordinating with other departments to fulfill special requests and preferences.
- Resolving any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. While previous experience in a similar position and knowledge of hotel reservation systems is preferred, it is not required.
