Join the team at INNSIDE BY MELIA KL as a Reservation Agent!
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining product and service knowledge about MHI Hotels.
- Executing action plans to increase reservation sales.
- Processing reservations via phone, fax, and email.
- Monitoring reservation levels and informing Managers.
- Upselling hotel products and managing “no show” reservations.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with hotel operations technology.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
