Job Description
- To perform daily tasks such as updating fleet cars in stock (refer to check list).
- To assist drivers in checking fleet cars in stock on condition fuel level etc. (Refer to check list).
- To attend to all customers booking either walk-in, phone inquiry, or via Sixt online.
- Knowledgeable in all company products and services.
- Prepare rental agreements, invoices, and quotations for customers.
- To submit daily/ weekly rental reports to Superior (Refer check list).
- To perform fleet cars ‘Check in and Check out’ (Refer check list).
- To assist drivers in arranging cars, top up petrol, washing, service & maintenance, puspakom & inspection.
- To assist drivers when necessary, in handing over and collection for cars.
- To perform additional tasks as requested by Superior whenever and wherever possible.
- To adhere strictly to ‘Duty Roster’ as prepared by the superior.
- To assist in the collection of payments either retail or corporate.
- To attend and serve all customers professionally with the view of Best Customer Satisfaction.
- Automotive knowledge will be an advantage.
