Job Description
- To provide a business-to-business (B2B) phone and chat-based sales to customers
- To generate insights and appointments/leads
- To achieve the talk-time/chat-time and leads target both as an individual and departmental goal
- To ensure campaign targets are met by tracking call performance against targets
- To coordinate with other inter-departments to satisfy customer needs and interests
- To ensure accurate opportunity and forecasting data is provided to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Operation Countries
- To ensure that all conversations held with prospects gain competitive information, create awareness, retain prospect’s interest level, understand customer’s needs, and identify business opportunities
- To work closely with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Operation Country liaison SMEs to provide market product and recognition feedback from engagements
- To attend to any ad-hoc tasks assigned, such as Customer Engagement & Market Insight
