Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Your main duties will include understanding client needs, providing personalized service, and resolving any issues that may arise. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Key requirements for this position include a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, at least 2 years of experience in customer service, and a proven track record in building lasting client relationships.
