Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Shipper Lifecycle Management (CRM) Director. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of shipper lifecycle management across multiple regions.
Your main duties will include developing and implementing effective strategies to attract new shippers, retaining existing ones, and optimizing their experience throughout the entire customer journey. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment with shipper needs.
As the Regional Shipper Lifecycle Management (CRM) Director, you will analyze market trends, identify opportunities for business growth, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing the performance of the shipper lifecycle management team.
