Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for our products in a specific region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with our customers to ensure their success with our products. Your excellent problem-solving skills and in-depth knowledge of the product line will be essential in troubleshooting technical issues and providing prompt resolutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our products for customers in the designated region.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers to enhance their understanding and utilization of our products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for product enhancements and provide feedback for future developments.
- Act as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries and escalations from customers, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively support customer requirements and provide accurate technical advice.
