Job Description
1. Monitor, support, and provide training for APAC Procurement system (Ariba & Oracle) including:
- a. Conduct Ariba System Training for internal and external users
- b. Assist APAC Opco in troubleshooting system issues
- c. Develop Training guides and manuals for procurement
- d. Generate reports to APAC OpCos ensuring on-time P2P (Procure to Pay) processes
- e. Provide reports for S2C (Source to Contract) compliance
- f. Address procurement system & process-related issues
- g. Collaborate with Ariba Consultant to enhance APAC procurement processes
- h. Manage Ariba Documentation and Support tasks
2. Propose improvement plans to management.
3. Undertake additional duties to meet organizational demands and changes.
