Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Learning, EAL & Multilingualism (ML) and Progress Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the learning programs for our region, with a focus on English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Multilingualism (ML) initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance regional learning outcomes
- Collaborate with schools, teachers, and stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of EAL and ML programs
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for educators to improve their understanding and teaching methods for EAL and ML students
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of students and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with regional teams to align curriculum and support diverse learners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Experience in developing and implementing EAL and ML programs
- Strong understanding of regional education systems and policies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
