Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Regional Business Manager for FMCG – Baby Care Products.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional targets
- Managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their performance aligns with company goals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Analyzing sales data and generating reports to present to senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a focus on baby care products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
