Job Description
A reputable company is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Regional Brand Manager to join their team. As a Regional Brand Manager for the Powder Coatings division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies across multiple markets in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute strategic brand plans to drive market growth and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, customers, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor brand performance and market share, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry developments and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the powder coatings industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
