Job Description

An exciting Regional AP Assistant Manager job has become available at one of the retail companies.

About the Regional AP Assistant Manager Role:

In this role, you will be overseeing invoicing and payment matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the regional payment process, ensuring thorough review of payment documents prior to approval
  • Recommend the establishment of a payment framework for regional countries
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) for payment processes in regional countries
  • Coordinate with financial institutions to facilitate the opening of bank accounts and the establishment of banking authorizations
  • Interact with finance teams across various regional countries

To succeed in this Regional AP Assistant Manager role, you need to have experience in financial and management reporting.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is an advantage
  • Experienced in financial management experience in audit, FMCG and retail industries is an added advantage
