Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our team. As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job positions within our organization.
Your main tasks will include conducting interviews, reviewing resumes, and coordinating with hiring managers to identify the best-fit candidates. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is also essential. Prior experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
