Job Description
- Developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements as and when needed
- Develop advertisements/posters for posting on social media and other platforms
- Advertise job postings on various online portals and social media platforms
- Source candidates using various methods to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Evaluate applicant qualifications through interviews, reference checks, and qualification comparisons
- Assist candidates in resume preparation and interview preparation
- Manage the interview, selection, and closing process for candidates and keep them and clients updated
- Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment terms
- Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements and gather feedback
- Ensure the candidate database is updated on a daily basis
- Assist with face-to-face or virtual career fair preparation and interviews
