Job Description

• Developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements as and when needed
• Develop advertisements/posters for posting on social media and other platforms
• Advertise job postings on various online portals and social media platforms
• Source candidates using various methods to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Evaluate applicant qualifications through interviews, reference checks, and qualification comparisons
• Assist candidates in resume preparation and interview preparation
• Manage the interview, selection, and closing process for candidates and keep them and clients updated
• Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment terms
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements and gather feedback
• Ensure the candidate database is updated on a daily basis
• Assist with face-to-face or virtual career fair preparation and interviews
