Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting the best candidates for our clients’ job positions. You will need to effectively screen applicants, conduct interviews, and assess their suitability for the role.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and hiring needs
- Developing job descriptions and job specifications
- Using various channels to attract and source potential candidates
- Evaluating resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
- Conducting effective interviews and assessments
- Providing guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
