We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Recruitment Business Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters, and developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Your main responsibilities will include identifying hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing them with excellent recruitment solutions.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields is preferred.
