Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team at LTH Group Asia Sdn Bhd. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying hiring needs and filling job openings within our organization.
Recruiter responsibilities:
- Identify future hiring needs
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
- Designing job descriptions
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases and social media
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
- Managing internship programs
- Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers
Recruiter requirements:
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
