Job Description: Distinction Infinity is seeking an experienced Recruiter to assist with HR and recruitment activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure employee needs are met and contribute to the company’s HR strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.
• Handle employee onboarding procedures and training.
• Manage employee records and HR documentation.
• Support performance evaluation and training programs.
• Resolve employee relations issues and maintain positive work environment.
• Support employee welfare programs and satisfaction surveys.
• Comply with company HR policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Familiar with labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Team player with problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
