Job Description

Working Location: Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur

Tenure: 1-year contract renewable / converted to permanent

Salary offered: Up to RM 7,00 (Open for negotiation)

Job Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle, with a strong focus on direct sourcing, in Malaysia, Philippines, and regional countries.
• Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and use various channels to ensure maximum successful output.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder, hiring manager, and candidate relationships.
• Share market knowledge with hiring managers and be viewed as a “Talent Advisor” regarding recruitment-related best practices and processes.
• Ensure data accuracy throughout the process and provide timely reporting updates.
• Meet set goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, recruitment satisfaction survey, and required applicant tracking updates.
• Participate in ad hoc team projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resource/human capital management or any related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the recruitment field. Experienced in handling recruitment in the regional market will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Good interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
• Candidates must be able to start work on a contract basis.

Salary: RM5,00.00 – RM7,00.00 per month
