Job Description
- Call customers and discuss payment terms and payback plans / Panggil pelanggan dan bincangkan syarat pembayaran dan pelan bayaran balik.
- Handle questions or complaints / Mengendalikan soalan atau aduan.
- Plan a strategy for recovering unresolved payments / Rancang strategi untuk mendapatkan semula pembayaran yang belum diselesaikan.
- Investigate and resolve payment or account issues / Menyiasat dan menyelesaikan masalah pembayaran akaun.
