Job Description

DND CONTROL (M) SDN BHD is looking for a dedicated Recovery Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries via email and inbound calls, identify disputes, and escalate them appropriately. Follow-up on payments through outbound calls and email reminders is essential. Some customer visits may be required.

We welcome candidates with less than 1 year of experience, holding at least an SPM/Diploma/Degree or fresh graduates. Proficiency in English is mandatory. This is a full-time position in the Customer Service/Call Centre category.
