Contract basis, renew every year if you have good attitude and perform well with your tasks

Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationary and material
- Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Updating schedule meetings and calendars
- Arranging travel and accommodation if needed
- Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Monitoring staff attendance and visitors in and out
Requirements and Skills:
- Having experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional attitude and appearance is a must
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organization skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Preferably women
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: From RM1,500.00 per month
