Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Receptionist at our company. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and friendly welcome.
Your responsibilities will include answering and redirecting incoming calls, handling email inquiries, and providing information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized reception area and managing appointments and schedules.
Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role. You should have a professional and courteous demeanor, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in a similar role and proficiency in using office software and equipment are preferred.
