Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at Ho Sheng Enterprise, located in Kota Kemuning, Selangor, Malaysia. This full-time position serves as the first point of contact for patients at our Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic.
Key Responsibilities: Greet patients, manage appointments, maintain records, handle payments, assist in marketing, and ensure patient confidentiality.
Qualifications: Previous experience in reception or administrative roles is preferred. Communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin are beneficial. Strong organizational abilities are a must.
