Job Description
Job Duties:
- Receiving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
- Monitoring and filtering every phone in Inquiry Mailbox, forwarding to a specific person if necessary.
- Handling transcription, printing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.
- Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furniture.
- Completing ad-hoc tasks and other duties assigned by superiors.
Qualification Requirements:
- Female, with a pleasant and presentable appearance.
- Candidate with relevant work experience is preferred.
- Language: Be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Other qualities: have strong interpersonal communication skills, be able to execute tasks, handle pressure, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Language: Mandarin (Preferred)
