Job Description
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, STPM, diploma, degree or equivalent.
- Languages: English, BM, and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to build good rapport with patients.
- Able to work with others as a team.
- Basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage patients’ enquiries and appointments.
- Open and maintain patients’ records.
- Provide information, instructions, and education to patients.
- Maintain constant communication with patients regarding services and follow-up.
- Follow-up and address concerns of patients.
- Administration works in the clinic.
- Perform other general works in the clinic.
Location: Cheras, Kuala Lumpur

Salary: RM2,800.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
