Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the office.
- Guide visitors to the appropriate personnel and office.
- Answer and screen incoming calls.
- Receive and assist visitors in a proper and welcoming manner.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, presentable, and equipped with necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone/email.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges).
- Sort and distribute incoming mail based on department and/or business function to ensure timely distribution as per requirements.
- Maintain records of receipts, mailing dates, and other required information as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Preferred high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a related field is an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with customers.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Positive attitude, strong learning ability, customer-oriented mindset preferred.
- Ability to accurately sort and distribute a large volume of mail.
- Location: Subang Jaya
- Salary: RM1500 – RM200
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
