Job Description
- Answering, forwarding and screening incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails and courier arrangements
- Key in stock quantity, prepare costing, issue Purchase Order, issue Delivery Order, issue Invoice, issue Statement by using accounting system
- Attend to walk-in customer
- Assist Sales person to prepare Quotation for customer
- Maintain proper filing of all Quotation, Invoice, Delivery Order
- Stationery order to replenish stock
- Any administration work assigned from time to time
- Perform clerical duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification at least SPM/higher.
- Computer literate, good knowledge in MS Excel/Word.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant Personality
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
- Analytical and customer-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,200.00 – RM3,300.00 per month
