Job Description
Job Scope:
- Assist day-to-day duties in the clinic
- Assist the doctor during dental procedures
- Update and maintain clients’ dental records
- Take and process X-rays/photos of patients
- Greet and welcome patients
- Schedule appointments
- Assist patients with forms
- Prepare patient charts
- Communicate with insurance providers
- Perform general office duties
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Preferably able to communicate in multiple languages
- Able to travel is an advantage
- Must have a sense of responsibility
- Team player with a pleasant attitude
- Previous experience is a bonus

Schedule:
- 5 days work a week, weekends required
