Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct/transfer calls to the appropriate person.
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately.
- Answer patient’s questions and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments for patients.
- Take and process payments.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, contacting patients, filing records, basic accounting, and more.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Polite, pleasant personality, and possess good telephone etiquette.
- Candidates without experience/fresh graduates are encouraged to apply but must have a positive attitude and be a fast learner (Training provided).

RM1,800.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
