Job Description
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- To perform outgoing calls and track incoming calls.
- Coordinating office activities and operations for efficiency and compliance.
- Assist colleagues when necessary.
- Maintain general office files and relevant company files.
- Purchase office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Oversee office facilities and equipment maintenance.
- Perform other relevant duties when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
