Job Description
We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented and passionate about serving others. We prefer candidates who are enthusiastic to join our team/family, with a desire to learn and grow together with us through training.
Job Scope:
- Handling customer queries (walk-in, calls, emails, social media).
- Scheduling appointments accordingly, by confirming bookings and providing necessary information to patients.
- Being the bureau of communication between the clinic and patients.
- Greeting patients and providing a comfortable welcome.
- Obtaining feedback from patients and following up with them after treatment.
- Assisting in administrative tasks if needed, as well as assisting doctors if necessary.
- Maintaining the well-being of the clinic.
Language Requirement: English, Mandarin, Malay (able to speak Cantonese is a plus point)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
