Descriptions:

• Greet and welcome guests/visitors upon arrival.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries courteously.
• Maintain tidy reception area with necessary supplies.
• Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Receive and distribute mail, monitor office security.
• Order supplies, update calendars, perform clerical duties.
• Keep the office clean and assist with board/VIP meal service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a receptionist and admin assistant.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer usage.
