Job Description
Job Summary: PUSPAKOM SDN BHD is seeking a skilled individual with excellent communication abilities to manage phone calls and reception duties, as well as perform general clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming/outgoing calls.
- Handle mail distribution.
- Prepare office refreshments.
- Assist with travel arrangements and invoicing.
- Support clerical tasks, including flight bookings.
Requirements: SPM, proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English, at least 1 year of experience, and Microsoft skills.
Pay: Starting from RM1,700.00/month
