Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled Real-Time Analyst with native Thai language proficiency to join our team. As a Real-Time Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing real-time operations in order to improve efficiency and maximize productivity.
Your main duties will include monitoring call traffic and agent activity, identifying trends and patterns, and making real-time adjustments to optimize performance. You will also be responsible for generating reports and providing insights to management regarding areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Thai is crucial, as you will be working closely with a Thai-speaking team.
