Job Description
Behn Meyer Deutschland Holding AG & Co. KG is seeking an experienced R&D Manager to lead our coatings formulation team. This role involves:
- Formulating coating solutions with expertise in raw materials and lab instruments.
- Collaborating with the global sales team on project planning and execution.
- Conducting lab-scale formulations and performance evaluations.
- Managing projects and providing technical support, focusing on industrial and construction coatings.
- Sharing technical findings and troubleshooting with customers.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or PhD preferred), 8-12 years of R&D experience, and strong knowledge of industry standards.
