Job Description
Manage the kitchen operations to ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and operating procedures as well as guarantee highest guest satisfaction.
Conduct quality check and fine tuning to ensure all products served are in-line with the recipes, portions and method are according to the menu development standard.
Provide support to Sales & marketing team on product application, taste test and sensory evaluation.
Guarantee the application of the menu plans, and the use of technical sheets (production book).
Support R&D team on sensory evaluations for new raw material replacement or new products.
Responding to the findings of sensory and taste panels and interpretation of the sensory evaluation results.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/HOD.
