Job Description
As a Raw Material Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient supply of raw materials for our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for developing and executing material procurement plans, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with suppliers to optimize delivery schedules.
In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including production planning, sourcing, and logistics to forecast demand, assess supplier capacities, and minimize lead times. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in monitoring and analyzing material usage patterns to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of supply chain management principles and experience in inventory control and demand planning.
