Job Description
TSL HEKTAR GROUP SDN BHD is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in managing infrastructure projects. This role involves preparing monthly claims, conducting quantity take-offs, managing variations, and overseeing subcontractor management.
Responsibilities include attending site meetings, conducting site valuations, verifying completed work, and preparing payment certificates. You will also engage in negotiations and provide expert advice on cost-related matters while ensuring compliance with project specifications.
We offer a competitive salary range of RM3,500.00 – RM7,00.00 per month, along with benefits like cell phone reimbursement, dental insurance, and opportunities for promotion.
