Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the verification and cost-control of all suppliers, sub-contractors, workers, etc., including project claims and expenses within the budget.
• Prepare pre and post-project budgets, progress claims, projected cash flow, tender documentations, and final accounts.
• Negotiate, compare, and coordinate between suppliers, sub-contractors, and vendors.
• Source and regularly update new contractors and suppliers for better terms, services, and pricing.
• Read, understand, and monitor all contractual records with clients and suppliers to protect the company’s interest.
• Measure and value the work done at the site.
• Prepare progress claims and verify work done for contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare variation orders and final account settlement with communication with the project manager; submit monthly progress claims on time.
• Control and monitor project budget, costing, and procurement.
• Ensure proper filing of purchasing documentation records from start to end of each project.
• Work closely with the design team and site team.
• Experience and knowledge in interior design and interior renovation works are an added advantage.
