Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all costs relating to construction projects, from initial estimates to final accounts.
Your main duties will include preparing tender documents, conducting feasibility studies, and providing advice on cost implications. You will also be involved in evaluating and negotiating contracts, as well as tracking project costs and variations.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential, as you will be collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
