Job Description
A Quantity Surveyor plays a vital role in construction projects by managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects. Responsibilities include estimating and monitoring project costs, preparing tender documents, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within budget. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of construction methods and materials. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are also essential.
